In order to embed the video here you'll need to grab the code from Facebook and than paste it in your text editor.
To grab the code, go to the video page on FB and click the 3 dots at the top right of the post. once it opens you'll see "Embed". Click that and then copy the code.
Once you have the code, open your post and go to your text editor. Choose a place in the editor where you want to locate the video and then click the following icon:
This will open a small popup where you can paste the code you grabbed from Facebook.
Save and watch the video :-)
