Chemtrails as a form of weather manipulation have been here for decades. In this post I will share information about the history and the current use of sky spraying by governmental and private organizations.
Since at least 1958 the military has engaged in spraying particles into the air presumably to study weather modification. These activities were sporadic in time and location. But about 2010, during the Obama Administration, the aerial spraying of particulates became a near-daily activity across North America, the European Union, the British Commonwealth, and other countries including China, Egypt, India, Russia, and perhaps others.
This was a covert activity with denial and disinformation coordinated at all government levels. No information was made available on the particle compositions sprayed into the air we all breathe and on potentially adverse health risks.

In 1985 the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) petroleum corporation applied for this patent: Method and apparatus for altering a region in the earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and/or magnetosphere.
